Dream it
It all starts with a conversation.
During our initial consultation (typically a 30 min call), I will aim to understand your travel style/pace, activity preferences, and budget. We’ll explore your motivations for taking the trip - whether it's to celebrate a milestone occasion, to experience a new culture, or simply to recharge - and discuss any destination ideas and must-see sights so that I can gain insight into your travel aspirations.
This conversation is a crucial part of the planning process, as it helps me establish a strong foundation to create a tailored travel plan that meets your unique needs and ensures that you have a truly memorable and enjoyable travel experience.
We will also discuss any applicable travel design fees and budgetary expectations at this time. Please note that fees must be received prior to moving forward to the planning stage.
Design it
Once the travel planning fee has been received, I will begin to design your travel itinerary. At this time, I will re-confirm specific information about your trip, including the number of travelers and their details, the dates of travel, the destination ideas you have in mind, as well as passport information, if applicable.
From there, I’ll meticulously research and prepare a custom itinerary that is tailored to meet your unique style and pace, expectations, and budget. I leverage my network of preferred partners from all over the globe, however I am not limited in whom I work with.
Once the initial proposal is complete, we’ll review in detail and continue to revise the itinerary until it’s perfect. After final approval of your travel plans, you will receive a comprehensive digital itinerary complete with all necessary details such as hotel, transportation and tour info, travel insurance, cancellation policies, and any other essential requirements.
Enjoy it
As we draw closer to your departure date, we’ll continue to finesse the details including dining reservations, suggesting unique ways to spend your free time, and providing any essential travel updates. These will be updated within your itinerary.
Prior to departure, you will given the finalized digital itinerary to conveniently access your personal travel details every step of the way.

I will remain on-call for the duration of your trip to provide assistance if you have any questions or should the unexpected occur (flight delays or cancellations, ferry/airline strikes, etc.).
